LT Metal collects precious-metal-bearing spent materials from industries including electronics and electrical, display, petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals, recovers and refines them to high purity, and returns them to use as raw material. Precious metal resource circularity (closed loop)
Precious metal materials supplied by LT Metal are used in customer production, then collected as scrap, spent solutions, or spent catalyst and passed through LT Metal’s recovery and refining processes to be reborn as raw material. This closed-loop model minimizes the waste of precious metal feedstock and reduces dependence on mining, lowering environmental burden in real terms.
Why circularity matters
Mining one kilogram of gold takes tens of tons of ore and consumes energy and water on a large scale. We hold recovery and refining capability across all six precious metals: Au (gold), Ag (silver), Pt (platinum), Pd (palladium), Rh (rhodium), and Ru (ruthenium). We recover them from electrical and electronic scrap, spent display targets, solar and fuel cell materials, petrochemical spent catalyst, pharmaceutical process residues, and other spent materials, and regenerate them as high-purity raw material.
