An inclusive culture of shared growth

LT Metal practices people-centered sustainability that reaches both employees and local communities. We run family-friendly management programs and employee benefits that support work-life balance, and we continue to strengthen the framework that allows every employee to grow in a stable, healthy working environment. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we also maintain ongoing programs including holiday gift-giving for veterans' families, community partnership activities, and initiatives that promote a culture of giving.

Family-friendly programs

Family-Friendly Company certification, Ministry of Gender Equality and Family

LT Metal holds Family-Friendly Company certification from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family (December 2024 to November 2027), recognizing the company as a leading practitioner of family-friendly management. We continue to expand the framework supporting work-life balance, with programs including reduced working hours during childcare periods, refresh leave, and quarter-day leave. LT Metal will keep strengthening family-friendly management as a core HR policy, building a healthy working culture in which employees find fulfillment both at work and at home.

Human rights training

All employees receive annual training on sexual harassment prevention, disability awareness, personal information protection, workplace harassment prevention, labor rights, and ethics, supporting a healthy and inclusive organizational culture.

Community engagement

As part of its commitment to sharing with the local community, LT Metal runs the annual Happy Holidays for Veterans' Families program together with the Incheon Veterans Branch Office. Since 2014, a fund built from employee payroll round-ups (about KRW 5 million a year) has provided gifts to elderly, low-income veterans' families at the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays. Running for more than ten years, the program is one of LT Metal's signature shared growth initiatives, contributing to labor-management social contribution and to a culture of respect for the local community.

Supplier responsibility

Code of conduct

Building on partnerships with our suppliers, LT Metal has established and operates a Supplier Code of Conduct aligned with international standards (the RBA Code of Conduct) across labor, human rights, health and safety, environmental protection, business ethics, and responsible supply chains. The code is a supply chain management principle requiring suppliers to follow fair and transparent trade practices, protect workers' human rights, and minimize environmental and safety risks. We obtain a signed compliance pledge from suppliers and carry out periodic checks against a checklist. Where a violation occurs, we run a process for correction and improvement.

Mineral supply chain management

In line with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, LT Metal operates a Responsible Mineral Supply Chain Policy to keep minerals linked to armed conflict or human rights abuses out of our products.

We have established a supply chain due diligence process to identify and prevent risks such as child labor, forced labor, human rights violations, and illegal trade across the supply chain, and we use the CMRT* of the RMI (Responsible Minerals Initiative) to verify with suppliers whether conflict minerals are used. Where risk is identified, we issue an immediate corrective request, obtain an improvement plan, and monitor on an ongoing basis. A due diligence report is published on our website each year.

*Conflict minerals (3TG): tungsten, tin, tantalum, and gold

* CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template): the conflict minerals reporting form
