Ethical management activities

Ethics and integrity management pledge

Every employee signs an ethics and integrity management pledge, committing to practice honest and transparent management.Employees pledge to observe the key principles of our code of conduct. The pledge is renewed on a regular cycle for new hires and all existing employees, which continuously strengthens ethical awareness and the level of internal control.

Compliance self-assessment

LT Metal conducts a compliance self-assessment each year so that employees can review their own ethical compliance. The assessment covers four areas — honest and transparent business activities, fair dealing and competition, a healthy organizational culture, and information security and grievance handling — and is designed so that every employee can examine their own conduct and working practices. The results let us identify weak areas and continue to advance a prevention-led ethical management system.

Ethics training and effectiveness review

We provide regular labor, human rights, and ethics training to raise employees’ ethical awareness. The training covers fair dealing with stakeholders, anti-corruption, information security, and the prevention of sexual harassment and workplace harassment, and all employees take part. To embed ethical management, we run an annual survey on training effectiveness and review whether the training is strengthening business ethics in practice. LT Metal will continue to make fair and responsible dealing with all stakeholders part of its corporate culture, and to grow into a trusted industrial materials company grounded in integrity management.

Reporting unethical conduct

The company operates a reporting system for unethical conduct in order to prevent ethical violations by employees and to build a transparent organizational culture. Reports can be made through several channels, including the company website and the intranet. The identity of every reporter is protected, and anonymous reports are also accepted.
